New #OOTD! Found this fun pencil skirt at Forever 21 for under $15. As soon as I seen it, I knew I had to buy it! I paired it with a black tube I found at Alley Kat a while ago. It’s a stretching form-fitting material with a scrunch detail on the bust so it follows the curves. I really wished I had more time to accessorize because this outfit really coud have been rocker chic, but here it is!
