It’s here, finally! Since CS2 I have been waiting for new Royce and he as kept me slightly satisfied with a few jumps on other ppl’s beats and the release of “The Conscious”, but now I have 8 new tracks to vibe with until I see him next week at the Stalley show in Seattle! Whoop! He recently had a very intimate listening party for this two days before the drop and I was so very happy to be apart of the audience. He offered free food, drink, and performed a few songs from him discography leading up to Razzor Ramone. After, he then had his new DJ, DJ Charma, spin the entire project for us to listen to before anyone else. Oh boy, it’s been a minute since I have gotten on the Face Off!! Turned on the battle and immediately started to vibe with A.K.A. and Syam on Pour Em Up. A feel good V.I.P track with a soul-ish beat and laid back lyrics. Definitely a song about good times and all the things that make the equation possible ha ha… drinks, dj spinning, “good life, winning!”
Kaotic jumps on with Forreal, completely changing the vibe with a hip hop bounce. Telling listeners don’t worry about what other people are saying, move at your own pace. Keep it real. A true around the way joint.

Before I even got a chance to check out this weeks face off, I see this on Facebook! I couldn’t believe it and found it very interesting that someone would even take the time out to do something like this. “Earlier this morning someone presented us with a video displaying a manipulation of the voting process in this week’s Fresh Coast Faceoff. In this video the person shows a cascading of Produktive votes within minutes, but as well Dice votes are manipulated simularily. The person explains that this was done to bait Produktive’s team into raising his game to be exposed. If anything the vote totals are out of control with both over 6,000 and do not reflect the amount of friends, followers, or website hits that these artists have nor our audience base.
Before fingers are pointed that Produktive is some type of cheat and his honor should be attacked let’s make sure to point out that it cannot be proven that this is the work of Produktive and not a crazed fan or family member. Produktive came to us about having a run on the Fresh Coast Faceoff and as we do with all artists we always check their history and how others in the scene respect them. What we gathered was Produktive was a highly respected person and due to his own adminition of his work schedules and not having the time or knowledge to do whatever technical manipulation was being done we cannot blame him at fault. However, a crazed fan or family member of his has ruined the party. Normally, this would end in disqualification for Produktive but as we can see both sides of the vote are at fault here and these numbers are completley tainted.
We here at Juice Radio do not condone cheating in any way shape or form so we have declared our 40th Fresh Coast Faceoff as a 0-0 tie. We are sorry that there are people that will manipulate the systems instead of letting things play out naturally, but these things will happen. Currently, members of staff are researching a new poll to be used starting for next week’s faceoff between another two competitiors that has less likely of a chance of being manipulated. Both artists will stay in heavy rotation for the week.
We are sorry that it had to end this way, but in 40 faceoffs this is only our second instance of cheating and as we work harder to stay ahead of the cheaters we hope we can go another 40 without one instance of it.”
